About Brian

Seven Figure Studio is a boutique consulting firm built on real-world execution, operational excellence, and scalable studio growth. Founded by entrepreneur Brian Trainor, the company was created to help fitness operators and investors successfully launch, scale, and optimize boutique fitness concepts.

Brian opened his first F45 Training studio in 2018, gaining firsthand experience in site selection, buildout management, staffing, marketing strategy, and operational systems. Building on that foundation, he co-founded Studio Two Group with longtime friend and business partner Clay Sichling. Under Studio Two Group, they have successfully opened and operated two FS8 studios, with a third location scheduled to open in Fall 2026. Today, the group oversees three high-performing studios and continues to expand strategically within strong demographic markets.

Through the sustained performance and growth of their FS8 portfolio, Brian was invited to join the FS8 Franchisee Advisory Council, where he collaborates with fellow operators and corporate leadership to help shape brand strategy, operational standards, and franchisee support initiatives.

Seven Figure Studio leverages this hands-on ownership experience to provide consulting in site selection, financial modeling, buildout execution, investor structuring, operational systems, and long-term scaling frameworks. The firm specializes in helping boutique fitness operators evolve from single-location startups into structured, multi-unit enterprises built for sustainable seven-figure performance.
